At the telephone number + 49 89 3800 3000 or per e-mail at
engineering.service@allianz-azt.de the AZT experts are available for you
around the clock, 365 days a year, for technical issues as well as for
coping with fire, environmental, machinery and transportation damages.
Additional experts can be arranged for, and advice given about
environmentally damaging substances, hazardous chemicals and current legal
requirements for the operation of technical equipment and machinery.
Further, there is the possibility of carrying out onsite technical analysis
and measurements.
The AZT Engineering Service is aimed mainly at customers of Allianz;
however, our services are available to others. The service is designed to
enable rapid and easy access to the expertise of the AZT for damage and loss
assessors and regulators from Allianz, Allianz Risk Consultants and the
Allianz Risk Service.
Initial technical information is offered free of charge; however, more
labour-intensive database searches, obtaining additional information, and
technical and/or scientific examination or investigation will be billed.
